As you tour electronically through our facilities, I hope you’ll
find the information listed there, both enlightening and instructive
regarding the type of company we’ve become. Standard Metal Products manufactures
parts for the Aerospace, Industrial and Consumer industries. The
information in this site will help you see samples of sheet metal
parts fabricated in our Gardena facility which include from airline
seat parts, beds and billiard tables to complete mechanical assembly
of computer and printer cabinets. SMP also offers complete engineering
services in addition to final production items to all of its customers.
These services can range from design reviews of your products as
well as production costs and tradeoffs prior to final quotation.
We manufacture prototypes, low volume start-up runs and production
quantities. Our in-house capabilities include both wet and powder
coating painting. We can match custom colors and textures for your
supplied paint chips. We also offer silkscreen capabilities on surfaces
with areas up to 24” by 36”. SM makes daily J.I.T, deliveries without
affecting other customer requirements. Parts are delivered on a
continuous basis from Sacramento to San Diego and from the west coast
to the east coast.
