A
Quality System Assessment was completed at your facility
JULY 19th & 20th, 1999 including a review of all special
capabilites to develop and/or manufacture products fo
the Boeing Company. The results of the assessment inicates
that your company has a Quality System capable of contract
compliance; therefore, your Quality System is approved
ANSI/ASQC Q9002-1994
This
approval is based, in part on your Quality System documentation.
You are required to transmit notice of any subsequent
changes to your Quality System's documentation to the
undersigned. This notification must include a summary
of the change(s), a statement certiying continued compliance
to ANSI/ASQC Q9002-1994 requirement, and copies of such
revised documentation. Implementation of such revisions
is subject to prior approval by Boeing. In accordance
with the referenced document, Boeing may disapproved any
revisions that do not satisfy the contract requirements.
Approval
of your Quality System is being coordinated with the Supplier
Quality organization. This office must be notifiedpromptly
of any subsequent change(s) in personnel with primary
responsibility fo the Quality function within your company.
Approvalof your facility obligates you to allow Boeing
represenative(s) entry to all areas and records required
for assessement purposes.
This
approval does not include or imply any authorization to
perform the special processes controlled by CQAR 5. Seperate
qualifications are required when thoses processes are
called out on Boeing contact.
The
retention of this approval is contingent upon continued
compliance with Boeing Quality System Requirements, This
approval does not consitute a wavier of any inspection,
test, or other requirements of the contract, nor does
it guarantee acceptance of the articles produced. This
approval may not be reproduced for advertiising or sales
purposes nor may this approval be used for the manufacture,
sale, or shipment of any article to any company or individual
other than Boeing without Boeing's prior written consent.
